Well my friend, you are correct. Just never ever tell the customer this. What they don't know will not hurt you're conversion rate.

I feel I should elaborate here but as I hear my wife and mother-in-law bicker over day beds and tamales I wonder if it might not be wiser to allow this question to settle in just a bit.

This is my point, the person on the other end of the line is following their social programming with a GENERIC & AUTOMATIC RESPONSE.
They can do this so fast that if you aren't ready to Rebuttal in that instant you've just lost the game.
  1. Don't ever lie to your lead! You will lose all respect and believe this or not they already know the truth.
  2. Visualization is a key element to a successful sale or close. If you can see yourself succeeding you will.
  3. Study. Make lists of everything. Look for patterns in the data. In doing this you have an edge that allows you to know how to Rebuttal in that instant before the objection occurs. 
  4. Focus. As with all things in life, anything can be achieved through focus.
